ECR builds the world's largest wind energy complex in Texas

With an installed capacity of 781.5 megawatts (MW) from its 627 wind turbines, the Roscoe Wind Complex in Texas is the worlds largest wind farm. The German company E.ON Climate and Renewables (ECR) dedicated it to the public this Thursday. Thanks.
