Vertigro Turns Algae Into Biofuel

CNN has an interesting video on Vertigro. Glen kertz grows algae in bags suspended in a greenhouse. Oil is extracted and turned into biofuel. The yield, according to Kertz, is 100,000 gallons of algae fuel per acre per year. Corn, Kertz says, yields 20 to 30 gallons.
