California Governor Announces ‘Green Corps’

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced a new “Green Corps” to train at-risk youths for jobs in the green sector.Nationwide, more than 80 groups proposed a Clean Energy Corps to merge job creation, service and training to combat global warming.
